The following six major intellectual outputs were produced during the project lifetime. 1. Course Package “Advanced Topics” – One of the key objectives of the INTQUANT project was to implement a new practice oriented course concept that addresses the increasing demand of students to further specialize towards the end of their studies and to foster the labour market relevance of the involved study programmes. Therefore the course package “Advanced Topics” was developed. It is designed to provide for final-year graduate students an opportunity to understand how the theoretical core coursework in finance and risk management is actually applied in a realistic business context and to develop the practical skills in dealing with risk and asset management issues in an international setup. With this course package the INTQUANT consortium wants to make a contribution to the quality of practice-oriented teaching at university level.
  2. Reformed Curricula in Quantitative Finance – During the INTQUANT project we harmonised the 4th semester of the master programmes in finance at all participating institutions (same structure with a different specialisation at each HEI). This was done in order to establish attractive and high quality mobility options in the INTQUANT network.
  3. Newly Developed and Updated Double Degrees
  4. Programme Guidelines – the guidelines were developed to harmonise the procedures between all four institutions and to intensivy the cooperation between the INTQUANT HEIs. While the underlying ideas of these guidelines are fully transferable to other institutions/consortia, they nevertheless need to be adjusted to own regulations and preferences.
